By using ClinicMention, submitting an assessment request or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you use ClinicMention on behalf of a clinic, practice or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

ClinicMention provides sampled assessments of how public business information appears in AI-generated recommendation answers.

Reports may include visibility scores, prompt analysis, competitor patterns, citation review, recommendations and methodology notes. Results are samples, not complete market studies.

Paid products are charged through Stripe or another approved payment processor. Prices and included deliverables are displayed before purchase.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.

Because ClinicMention reports are digital assessment deliverables, completed reports are generally not refundable.

If you believe there was a duplicate payment, delivery issue or material fulfillment error, contact founder@clinicmention.com and we will review the request in good faith.

ClinicMention owns the website, report templates, analysis formats, internal workflows and related intellectual property.

You may use purchased reports internally for business review, planning and decision support for the clinic associated with the assessment.

ClinicMention does not guarantee rankings, traffic, patient acquisition, revenue or changes in AI system behavior.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClinicMention is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of the service.

These terms are governed by applicable law for the business entity operating ClinicMention, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If a specific jurisdiction must be stated for a commercial agreement, that term should be included in the applicable order form or written agreement.
